School Fees

1000vt

School fees are based on three items: courses, room/board, and books.

  1. Courses cost 2.000 vatu per credit hour. Most courses are two or three credit hours, and a student will average 11 credit hours per term during his three years with a total of 96 credit hours by the end of his studies. Courses for a term will cost about 22.000 vatu.
  2. Room and board cost 9.000 vatu per 11-week term. This covers lodging and meals during the week.
  3. The final cost is books. Books will cost from 5.000 to 10.000 vatu per term.

The maximum cost per term would be about 40.000 vatu. There are three eleven-week terms each year, so the total for the year would be a maximum of 120.000 vatu.

Students are reminded that they are to pay 50 percent of their school bill when they register each term, 25 percent by the end of the fifth week, and the balance before final exams. If the school bill for the term were 40.000, then the student would pay 20.000 at registration, then two payments of 10.000 at the halfway point and at the end of the term.

This will help the school to meet its financial obligations. Thank you for your cooperation!
